A Bay Area native, Malika holds a B.A. and a Master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy, both earned while studying abroad in Paris. Her early career included work in international arbitration in France, followed by leadership roles in the California offices of several global law firms. Over two decades in Northern California’s public and private sectors have given her a deep, operational understanding of court procedures, trial preparation, case management, and firm litigation workflows.
Malika is a trusted advisor on court rules and procedural compliance and has led the modernization of firmwide policy manuals, training programs, and standard operating procedures for litigation matters filed in California courts. She regularly delivers seminars, live trainings, and webinars tailored to paralegals, litigation teams, and legal support staff, focusing on practical skills and court-ready compliance.
Active in the professional community, Malika serves on the Board of Directors of the San Francisco Paralegal Association as Continuing Education Co-Chair and Legal Education Coordinator, and she is a member of NALA, the National Docketing Association, and the ABA Paralegal Section. For training, consulting, or customized compliance programs, Malika provides solutions designed to integrate smoothly into firm operations and California litigation practice.
